This week our charity partner Ben made an urgent call for help. Ben, the automotive charity who provides vital support for people within the industry, stated they have seen a 50% increase in people requesting support, but they face a £1m shortfall with fundraising events cancelled.

In response to Ben’s latest campaign requesting support from CEOs within the automotive industry, we have pledged to help. We already work with Ben as a charity partner for our car donation scheme, but we have decided to do more.

This month, we have launched a new scheme and we have chosen Ben as our charity of the month for November. Alongside customers being able to choose to donate the proceeds of scrapping their car to charity, this new scheme means that from every car we scrap throughout the month, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to our chosen charity.
